Who We Are

The Alliance for Greening Skills and Opportunities (AGSO) Kenya is a pioneering coalition of actors uniting government agencies, the private sector, academia, development partners and youth organisations to advance the greening of skills and opportunities in Kenya.

Our History

Kenya is leading the transition to a low-carbon, circular economy by creating sustainable livelihoods while tackling youth unemployment and climate resilience. The Alliance for Greening Skills and Opportunities (AGSO Kenya), the flagship outcome of the Inaugural National Green Jobs and Skills Development Workshop held on 3rd May 2024, is at the heart of this mission, facilitating multi-sector collaboration to drive this transformation by innovatively greening skills and opportunities in Kenya.
